Wrestling is not the same everywhere the sport takes place. If you want to be a good wrestler, you have to know the rules for the type of wrestling you want to do, and decide exactly what defines a 'good' wrestler for you. You have to work out every day to stay in shape. You have to get along with your teammates. You have to eat healthy food. Know all of the basics, learn the fundamentals before you move on to the the elite wrestler moves.
